Easter Greetings

I hope you had a beautiful Easter this year. In this video I decorate the Swedish Easter way. It was one of my favourite things to do as a child growing up in Sweden. After 25 years of traveling and living abroad, I returned to my roots and now embrace all my childhood joys. Sending you lots of love and light from this magical place ꨄ

Nature's Teacher

Hello my friend!

It's 11:34pm here and I'm all snuggled up in bed. I have some calm meditation music playing while I write this.

I wanted to pop in to say hello. It's been some beautiful days here. Spring has certainly arrived and the island is buzzing with new life. I have witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets in the recent days, especially now that the sun is moving closer to the sea horizon. Tonight the sky has been bursting with strong pinks, reds and gold, as well as soft blues and yellows. It's truly heaven on earth here.

I think I have put too much on my plate too early and it's been easy to get overwhelmed before even getting started. I look forward to a calm creative state of being now. That's also what I love about the first day of a new month. It's a new start, a new beginning, a clean slate.

I have so much I want to share with you from my days since moving here. Especially on my Youtube channel. I hope you will find my story inspiring to change your life for the better. It truly takes a second to change your life. It's all about having the courage to make the decision. Then it's easier to weather the storm as you stay the course toward your dreams. It's easy for us humans to gravitate away from pain, but sometimes the discomfort is life asking you, "how badly do you want to go after your dream?" I think the first step is knowing your dream, that's the easy part. The hard part is doing everything possible to make it come to fruition.

Tonight I watched The Octopus Teacher. It's an incredible documentary which I highly encourage you to watch. I hope I have the opportunity in this life to experience this human to wild animal bond. My heart swelled with love for this octopus. And I had so much empathy for the diver, Craig. Even though he did not go into too much depth about his emotional situation and background, I could relate to the human struggle he shared. We all struggle and want to come out of pain. Nature is a great teacher and a great healer. I encourage you to watch this documentary. It's inspired me to embrace the human to nature connection even more now.

Nature can bring us so much harmony, less anxiety and feelings of burnout. I think we have enough science to prove this. Don't you feel it when you are in nature. That release. The relief. I have certainly experienced some challenges in my life, like we all do. We don't come out of life unscathed, yet how we respond to the challenge matters the most. And while we heal, nature will always be present with us.

Anyway, just some thoughts I wanted to share with you before bed. In the past 2 years I've experienced a lot of anxiety before falling asleep. Tonight I will try and doze off to this lovely healing frequency music.

Much love to you and goodnight from my part of the world to yours ꨄ

Myself Again

Two evenings ago, I walked only a short 5 minutes from the house and found myself feeling completely content with myself. I realised this week that I have worked so hard to get where I am today, in terms of my relationship with myself. I have a much healthier self image and use my voice to communicate what feels good and what doesn't feel good. I'm on a new path to following my heart and listening to my intuition.

Wherever are you in your personal development and spiritual journey. Let me know how you are feeling these days in the comments. I invite you to share. I would love to get to know you ♥︎

The State of The World

This Nordic inspired "music video" I created, tells the story about a woman in pain, who finds the courage to reach deep inside herself to pull the light of strength outside to share it with the rest of the world. The light of hope and truth for all in the darkest of times.

This little music video captures the words of Kalandra's new song that speak deeply to my heart. I think the state of the world is something we all think and worry about. As I was editing this video, I kept thinking about how I wanted to share positive energy to you through watching this video.

I filmed this under a full moon this weekend (23 March) and felt my body re-charged with healing energy from dancing in nature. Now, I share with you this healing energy. I hope this video offers you some hope and comfort that you are not alone in your worries. We must have hope even in the darkest of times. Never give up on your voice, keep reaching for your soul, and spread love and compassion wherever you are ♥︎♥︎♥︎

Through social media, we can all unite with likeminded people, encourage each other to create a beautiful life, as well as a home planet for ourselves and all other living beings.

I had to slay some psychological demons to get where I am today. I am much more content with who I am, and no longer live with the demands of the world. It's my belief it's important to know what you stand for, to know what your purpose is, and what your meaning in life is. And to live with that every day of life. Here comes the music video. And if you would like to watch the behind the scenes of how I made this video, you can watch it on my YouTube channel. Video titled "Nordic Island Photography | Artist Life in Sweden | Full Moon by The North Sea."
