My name is Annika Alexandra, and I live on the beautiful North West coast of Sweden.

In 2024, I decided to return to my Nordic roots where I could embark on what I call my creative healing journey. A journey of self discovery and personal growth through art, nature and heritage.

Here on my blog and YouTube channel, I share moments of my new life in Sweden, and creatively express my love for nature and Swedish culture. I hope to inspire many around the world to prioritise their happiness, and to embrace creativity to reconnect to their authentic selves.

It is my personal belief that when we reconnect with nature and embrace the emotional healing powers of art, can we then transcend and transform our minds and hearts to a place of peace and harmony with ourselves and each other.

After a life achieving so much on the outside world, I felt lost and empty in my inside world. Unable to keep the truth of my heart's desire from myself any longer, I quit my job, bought a camera, and decided the next right thing to do for myself was to root in Sweden.

Today, I do what I love in the country of my ancestors and land of the Vikings. I spend my days writing, painting, taking photographs, and filming myself in nature. I am fascinated by the human connection with the much larger natural world. I enjoy expressing my love for nature on camera in the form of short films and video blogs.
